I have never seen such an unorganized company in my entire career, and I am referring specifically to the HR function. I never applied for a position, but they contacted me, scheduled an interview, and then no one showed up. They were the ones who initiated contact for the interview.
I sent an email asking what happened, and they asked me to register, which I did. Shortly after, I received an email stating the interview couldn't be held because the position was filled. The very next day, I received another email to set up an interview!
It appears that either all HR employees work in silos, or they enjoy playing games.
No real interview has happened apart from the HR circus.
