Attended a recruiting event and submitted my resume online.
A few weeks later, a phone call was scheduled with an engineer.
The interview questions were so unstructured that many times I didn't know what they were trying to accomplish. They even asked me for proprietary information about my present employer, which I refused to disclose. They also asked me if I knew so-and-so at my company.
This told me that they were not respecting their applicants' privacy. I was very disappointed. I had high hopes for this company, but the interviewer was disorganized and unprofessional.
