- Lots of interesting mechanical projects to go around where you can learn a lot.
- Tons of very knowledgeable engineers around you that are willing to help with any questions you have.
- Can have significant ownership of projects/systems, even for entry-level 1-2 YOE engineers.
Senior management and the executive team haven't proved success in strategic decision-making yet. Although there are fantastic leaders in the company, there are also some that don't make the best decisions, and it can lead to quick shifts in focus and last-minute decisions.
