Mechanical Engineer Interview Experience - Newark, California
Process
I had two telephonic rounds and an onsite interview. Overall, the interview went well.
My onsite interview was on Friday. On Sunday, I was called into my current office, and HR mentioned that someone from Lucid's hiring team had contacted my manager to inform him that I interviewed at Lucid. I was then asked to go on leave and to submit my work laptop the same day.
This was extremely unprofessional behavior.
The recruiter tried his best to help me out in this situation but couldn't do much.
