Pros: It's a good company for freshers to work and learn.

Cons: Management is changing so many times that it becomes difficult to follow the ideals set by a team.

Pros: Lots of talented and hardworking individuals. Great growth opportunity. Pay is good. Good sense of community with regular team bonding activities. *Note: Not all of the above apply to all teams within Lucid. Just my experience.

Cons: Not much work-life balance – maybe you already knew that. People managers are often overburdened, which can make it difficult for individual contributors to get the support they need. Teams can also be relatively small for the amount of work there is to do. It's a growth opportunity, but it also requires a lot of dedication from everyone to put in extra and do more than just the 9-to-5.

Pros: Engineering quality is improving across the company with initiatives on unit testing, code quality, and analytics. There is interesting work, from building UI interfaces to interacting with car signals across multiple cars. Work-life balance exists, so long as you allocate enough time to complete your projects on time. In addition, it is great for go-getters who like to take on more scope. Personally, I have been able to develop in regards to CI/CD & Jetpack Compose. There are some great Android Engineers.

Cons: Things are a lot less structured compared to a FANG company. Some individuals may feel directionless if they haven't learned how to set direction. Some engineers have lower code standards.
