I was contacted by HR and there were three rounds.
HR Screen: The HR representative was very friendly, asking typical questions about salary, relocation, and benefits, and inquired about my availability.
Hiring Manager: The hiring manager was friendly and nice, but didn't provide a lot of information about the role. He mentioned that my role would involve doing many different things and had not been clearly defined yet.
Third Round with Panel of Four Employees: This round included the hiring manager again. It would have been beneficial if his interview had been at the end, allowing me to discuss how the other three interviews went. We had a forced meeting for 30 minutes.
Overall, it was a decent process. However, if a company decides if you are a good candidate based solely on whether or not you know a specific formula, then you should probably run in the opposite direction.
