A software engineering lead reached out to me for a technical interview, and I did well on it. He said I was going to have another one because I'm not local. I scheduled with HR, and HR realized I had already had a technical interview. She thought it might be redundant to have another one, so she talked with the hiring manager. She said my next step was an onsite interview and wanted to talk with me about some details regarding the onsite. We scheduled a time, and she never called me back. I emailed her twice, and still, no response. Over a week has passed.
I have great passion for working for such a motors startup, but I feel the hiring people there don't care about candidates. Overall, it's not professional; it feels like they don't care how candidates think of them. Even if you want to cancel the interview process, you should at least let the candidate know. A simple email would make the whole difference.
Easy array problem: Move all zeros in an array to the end of the array, and the relative order of non-zeros should not change.
