I had a screening phone interview with a recruiter about my resume and project experience.
Following that, I had a second interview with who would have been my boss.
I was also asked some technical questions about tolerancing.

Cons: Highly racist and discriminatory management.
Software Engineering management is the worst.
Very partial and favoritism at all levels.
HR is super useless. Even after complaining several times by many employees about management, they won't take action.
