Pros

I've been at Lucid for a year and 8 months. I started off in a small, 3-person team, and it has been great working with my fellow team of engineers and watching the team grow.

I came to Lucid as a recent grad (only 2 years of experience), and after another couple of years working here, I feel like I've learned a ton. Working with other teams (Design, Software, NPI, Purchasing) has allowed me to develop my way of thinking, engineering skills, and knowledge.

Cons

Finding work-life balance can be tricky at the start, but once you find a nice work rhythm, you'll be fine. Sometimes it feels like Engineers carry a lot of responsibility, especially for non-engineering related topics.

Advice to Management

As we move onto other vehicle programs, it's crucial for engineers to focus on engineering tasks and assignments to meet key deadlines.

As such, delegating tasks that are not engineering-related to other teams (Logistics, Supplier Quality, Material Planning) is important and needs to be overcommunicated.
