The only good thing I had there is the friends I made.
Where should I start? I would give zero stars if I had the chance.
Work-life balance. ZERO! You have to be available for the company 24/7. They don't care if you have plans already. Get ready to work after 6 pm every day, and all day Saturday and Sunday. You'll be forced to install Teams on your phone. Guess what? The company owns you!
Culture. Very toxic culture, no partnership. Everybody is looking out for their own interests and stabbing others.
No growth. Get ready to work as a production operator, forklift operator, cleaning person, cook, material distributor, or anything the company asks, even if you're a manager.
No clear objectives. You never know what your objectives or goals are. You just have to be there for anything the company asks.
This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. Please think five times before joining.
Please be transparent with candidates; let them know what's ahead. Ask them in the interviews if they are willing to work 24/7 for the company.
The interview process included: * Recruiter * Hiring Manager * A 5-person panel interview, split into 45 minutes each, for a total of 3 hours. * Vice President There were a total of 7 rounds in the process, though the reason for so many rou
I submitted my application through the official website. I passed the screening interview over the phone with HR and had a job-related interview a few weeks later. All interview procedures were punctual and well-organized.
Long and intense. I was interviewed by multiple chair members who were interested in my technical and interpersonal skills. Questions were asked on my reaction to specific situations and the level of technical ability I possessed.
