Pros

The only good thing I had there is the friends I made.

Cons

Where should I start? I would give zero stars if I had the chance.

  1. Work-life balance. ZERO! You have to be available for the company 24/7. They don't care if you have plans already. Get ready to work after 6 pm every day, and all day Saturday and Sunday. You'll be forced to install Teams on your phone. Guess what? The company owns you!

  2. Culture. Very toxic culture, no partnership. Everybody is looking out for their own interests and stabbing others.

  3. No growth. Get ready to work as a production operator, forklift operator, cleaning person, cook, material distributor, or anything the company asks, even if you're a manager.

  4. No clear objectives. You never know what your objectives or goals are. You just have to be there for anything the company asks.

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. Please think five times before joining.

Advice to Management

Please be transparent with candidates; let them know what's ahead. Ask them in the interviews if they are willing to work 24/7 for the company.
