Work-life balance exists, so long as you allocate enough time to complete your projects on time. In addition, it is great for go-getters who like to take on more scope. Personally, I have been able to develop in regards to CI/CD & Jetpack Compose.
There are some great Android Engineers.
Things are a lot less structured compared to a FANG company. Some individuals may feel directionless if they haven't learned how to set direction.
Some engineers have lower code standards.
