Functional Safety I recently interviewed for a functional safety team. What stuck with me was when I asked the interviewing manager about the team, and he gave a not-so-clear answer. I searched on LinkedIn and found that nobody stays in this team f
The process involved three steps: * A call with the recruiter * A call with the hiring manager * A panel round, where you need to make a presentation. The whole process took approximately three weeks.
5 rounds of interview, rejected at the end. It was not very hard. HR, followed by Hiring Manager, and then 3 separate rounds of 30 minutes each. Maybe they are very selective regarding the interview process.
