Pros

Cutting-edge technology. Industry-leading 520-mile vehicle range.

Cons

The company is more focused on its public image versus actually taking care of its employees. Leadership expects you to work seven days a week and seldom appreciates employees who go above and beyond.

A lot of team members were laid off two weeks ago, yet the company has not acknowledged it as a layoff in order to again protect its public perception. Many on my own team are becoming worried, as some of those individuals who were laid off had just days to go before their first-year stock vesting, and they don't want to end up in that same situation.

Advice to Management

Improve the above-mentioned cons. Well-treated employees will lead to success, not the current path we're on. Be transparent.
