Good place to work.
I would continue to work.
Some managers micromanage.
The process was very lengthy, with the same people asking similar questions. The good part was that the process was well communicated to me in advance, allowing me to be prepared. The questions were mostly technical, focusing on the job and my past
Few phone calls and an onsite interview. I loved talking to the people; they seemed very friendly and motivated. I was asked a lot of embedded and OS-related questions, such as how to identify and solve specific issues.
Lasted 6 weeks. 5 rounds, including a panel round with technical questions. Difficult questions, but the panel was quite understanding. The on-site interview was 5 hours, again with the VP and Director of Powertrain Engineering.
