I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.
Fairly pedestrian tech interview. The "coding" round was basically Python dict-manipulation and looping 101 - very reasonable. The entire interview process was predicated on "we don't require you to RTO, we are happy to have you work remotely". In the final round, I was told I was disqualified because I was not willing to relocate to California.
We don't require it, but are you OK with relocating to the California office?
