Cons: There's always a constant flow of information that never stops and is impossible to absorb. There's no teamwork; each engineer works alone at their own pace on independent features. They impose too many conditions between one level and another of the career plan, which are almost impossible to meet, and salary increases are tied to this. The swag they give is scarce and of poor quality. They don't do much to make you feel like part of the company. The people who negotiate your salary, after you've gone through the entire set of entry interviews, start haggling as if it were easy to get into the company.

Pros: Pay, work is interesting, work-life balance.

Cons: Lack of clear goals

Pros: Company culture really encourages collaboration and helping each other. Overall quality of engineering talent is really high.

Cons: Recent stock market performance has been abysmal and really affects compensation. The outlook for the future does not look great.
