Interviews were set up in multiple rounds.

The first couple of rounds started with technical phone calls with team members, followed by a half-day onsite interview with the entire team and the head of the department.

All the questions were technical and insightful, covering everything from details about past project experience to real-life problem-solving, asking for your approach.

It was a very enriching experience overall!

I got a line of two people which said it was charged to the riders a total of $11.58, but I received $3.71. Between the service fee, which nobody understands what it is for, and the Lyft platform, they take 70 percent of the earnings. Why? We are doing more than half of the work and we get a miserable 30 percent. I think that is completely unfair.
