Flexible Hours and a Little Extra Income
There is no transparency at all in the prices they say to the driver and the price they charge to the rider. I got a line of two people which said it was charged to the riders a total of $11.58, but I received $3.71. Between the service fee, which nobody understands what it is for, and the Lyft platform, they take 70 percent of the earnings. Why?
We are doing more than half of the work and we get a miserable 30 percent. I think that is completely unfair.
We should work together to get a fair price for both sides. Put yourself in our shoes and think if you would like to have been treated that way. You have to remember that drivers live out of this and work a bunch of hours to get decent money. So the least you can do is be more considerate with these people that we work for you and make sure your company grows, hopefully in a decent manner.
