I had an initial phone screen and received immediate feedback from the recruiter. We then scheduled an onsite interview.
The recruiter ensured I was prepared for the onsite and supported me throughout the process.
Lynda is a great recruiter, and I felt very optimistic about the company.
The coding questions were moderate and relevant. I was unfortunately rejected in the design round.
The recruiter provided feedback on what went wrong. Although I interviewed with at least 20 companies, Lyft was my most positive experience.
