I had a quick initial meeting with the HR representative.
They scheduled a phone interview, which was a code-along style using CoderPad.
During the interview, I quickly figured out a solution, but it wasn't what the interviewer was looking for.
The interviewer explained their desired solution at the end.
I profiled both solutions after the interview, and mine was faster and more memory-efficient. Despite this, I was rejected.
I truly wonder if their HR processes are working effectively.
