A couple of phone interviews followed by an onsite interview. I was offered the job but did not take it, mostly because the hiring manager didn't seem to care if I accepted it or not. There was no further communication from the hiring manager after

I spoke with the recruiter. He was nice. When they learned I was severely allergic to dogs, they told me to take medication or decline the offer. Since I could have asthma attacks from dog allergens, I could not accept the offer.

The interview was not easy. I had a great time with some of the interviewers. Both the design and programming questions were difficult. The interaction with the recruiter was slow, and it took a while.
