A couple of phone interviews followed by an onsite interview.
I was offered the job but did not take it, mostly because the hiring manager didn't seem to care if I accepted it or not. There was no further communication from the hiring manager after our first conversation.
The primary reason someone likes or dislikes their job is their boss. If my potential boss didn't seem to care if I took the role, why should I?
