We had a 10-minute interview with HR. He asked almost nothing. He even asked for a "quick summary" of my resume. He said he would send LeetCode within two days, but I received a rejection response two days later. On what basis did he refuse, or why

Reached out by recruiter and scheduled a phone screening. Liked the interview process, but I was ghosted by them after that. Not something I expected from Lyft! They should have at least communicated.
