Rapidly losing market share, and due to years of soft feature launches and an inability to land anything that doesn't generate revenue in the short term, there isn't much long-term investment that can now be used for strength. The new CEO will turn the ship around, but it will be a long time before it can be done.

Be bold and launch big projects, and stick to it.

We went into car rental, and it went from a new business to just partnering with someone. Then we thought we were going into the insurance business, but it looks as if we're just partnering with someone too. We have bike and scooter, but you're leaving a lot of markets.

So it just seems like you can't be depended on to deliver something new.
