People, people, people, people, people.
Decision-making, leadership quality, misalignment.
One phone screen, followed by an onsite with 4 interviews. The interview consisted of: * 2 system design questions * 2 coding interviews One of the coding interviews was a laptop test, which is essentially an open-book coding problem.
I had a phone interview with a basic programming question. Later, I was invited for the onsite interviews. There were: * 2 architecture design sessions * 1 session with a programming question, which I had to solve on my personal computer * 1 sessio
Most unprofessional and rude experience I have had in a long time. The hiring manager seemed angry and irritated the entire time. The recruiter had poor communication. I am surprised that a company this large has such an awful interview process.
