The platform they use is Byteboard. It is a technical interview, not an algorithms one. In my case, it was for backend. They had me create a technical document and then a relatively normal program.
I made it through two technical assessments, though I believe there are three or more. The first was a non-proctored one on something called CoderPad, which was a complex, multifile test of general CS knowledge. It included both written/verbal quest
