They provided a mock interview, which was nice, but it was much different than the real interview, which was much harder. I think the questions asked during the interview were not what I expected, although the interviewer was nice.

It's a long process. First, there are personal questions, then an exam of some case, initially for analysis and then for programming. Finally, there's the programming interview. They take their time responding throughout this entire process.
