- There's lots to do, never bored.
- Coworkers are smart, capable, and hardworking (eng + product).
- Competitive total comp (before decline in stock price).
- Questionable leadership, constant re-orgs & change in direction.
- No engineering leadership.
- Very prescriptive, document-heavy, process-heavy culture.
- No culture. No social events. I hardly know the people I work with. I don't know others in my org.
- Extremely high turnover.
- Had poor experiences with promotion / review process.
