I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days.
During the phone screen, the recruiter abruptly hung up the phone and called back 5-10 minutes later. I gave in-depth answers that caused the recruiter to say that I was more knowledgeable about the subject of mechanical engineering and product development. Keep in mind, this was an MIT grad. Cut the call short, ghosted my follow-up emails, and later responded with a rejection. Not too mad, considering the poor reviews I've heard about the company online and from previous interns I know.
