I had a 20-minute phone interview that was behavioral. It was pretty casual. The questions I was asked were standard and can be found on Glassdoor. At the end of the interview, she asked when I was free to set up a technical interview and whether I wanted to be tested for Computer Science or Engineering. I am currently preparing for the technical interview, which I've been told will be a one-hour-long phone interview.
