4. Are you eligible to work in the US without restrictions? Do you need sponsorship now or in the future? Are you on a student visa now? When will your OPT start? (Ignore this if you are a resident)
5. Cumulative GPA

You have 2 minutes to answer each question, except for the first one, which is only 1 minute.
