I dropped a resume at a university career fair and was contacted by HR.
The first phone call took about 30 minutes. It involved a few questions about projects I listed on my resume and also behavioral questions, like "How do you handle multiple tasks?"
At the end, we scheduled the second, technical phone interview.
The second phone interview was technical. I strongly suspect they have a pool of questions that is unchanged forever. The questions I was asked had almost all been mentioned by others in this forum, and I am sure that if you study the questions posted carefully, you can answer them 100% correctly.
At the end, he told me if they were still interested, they would contact me in two weeks; otherwise, there would be no contact.
I had the interview today and I don't know whether they are still interested in me. I was not fully prepared, but I was quite confident.
