I received an email from HR after submitting my resume online for the position, and an initial HR phone interview was set up a couple of days later. The phone interview lasted 15 minutes and included basic questions about my background, the position, and the company. Just a minute after the interview, I received an email from the interviewer scheduling a technical interview.
