HR sent me an email to schedule a telephone interview two weeks after I submitted my online application.
The questions were similar to others posted online. She asked me to describe one of my projects in a non-technical way. There was also a behavioral question: to tell what I would do if I had a different opinion from other team members.
Finally, I received a "match not ideal" response.
