Pros: Has a great work culture, and all the managers and HR are pretty helpful. Awesome benefits, and I am just happy to go to work every day.
Cons: The role of Engineer in the Engineering Development Group feels more like a college experience where one is just trying hard to get into some development team. In this role, you work 50% on Tech Support until some team takes you in as a full-time Software Engineer.
