Everyone I talked with seemed very nice and casual.
After completing a technical evaluation and sending in video responses to questions, there were two separate phone calls. These weren't technical in nature and seemed intended to make sure I was a functional human being who could converse with other people.
After this was a 4-hour video interview, which consisted of a technical interview, an interview with a group manager, and an interview with an HR staff member. Personally, I found the latter two interviews more difficult than the technical portion, although this was my first interview and perhaps I was just slightly under-prepared.
