Process
The interview process includes:
- One pre-recorded interview
- One coding challenge in two languages
- One phone interview (screen-sharing coding)
- One onsite interview
You need to choose only one language from each group: Java/C++ and Python/Matlab.
The coding challenge is fairly simple. The phone interview tests your area of interest and some coding concepts like pointers/OOP.

Pros: Mathworks provides a very nice work environment for employees. The atmosphere is joyful!
Cons: EDG intern projects can be better assigned. I was good at A, but I was assigned to a project using B. It could be just me, though.
