Process

Received a HireVue link the day after applying. It was a very short HR-type interview, asking about citizenship, visa sponsorship, GPA, and perhaps one behavioral question.

About a week later, I received a coding assessment. If I remember correctly, I could choose whether to answer various MATLAB questions or complete two LeetCode-type problems in a preferred language.

A little over three weeks later, I received an invitation to schedule a phone screen. This included a LeetCode medium problem and an OOP design problem, requiring no code, just a brainstorming session.

A few days later, I received an email from a manager requesting to talk over the phone. This was about a half-hour call in which I was given the opportunity to ask questions about the program and the job itself.

A few more days later, I spoke to HR about the position, discussing relocation, benefits, and how the virtual onsite would work.

A couple of weeks later, the virtual onsite happened. The whole thing was about four hours.

First, a technical interview involving a talk about past projects and an OOP design problem where I had to write code and ensure the program produced correct answers.

This was followed by a behavioral interview with the same manager I had spoken with earlier.

Finally, there was a behavioral HR interview that also discussed job benefits.

About a week later, I received a call informing me that I did not get the job. The total process took around two months.
