Pros: • Close to 40 years of existence has created a mature and stable product which is also adopting to new technologies very well.
• Smart and respectful colleagues.
• Takes great care of employees.
• Supports work-life balance.
• Less competitors and so growth of the company is stable.
• No worries of layoffs.
Cons: Pay is great if you stay long enough. Initial pay may not be the same as at other public companies like Google, but at the same time, we don't have to worry about layoffs.
