Not great, not terrible
Quality Engineer • Current Employee

• Lots of benefits and corporate events
• Depends a lot on your team, project, and manager
Cons: Not the freshest tech stack.

Work hard, party harder
Quality Engineer • Current Employee
Natick, Massachusetts, United States
October 26, 2013
Pros: Everything about here is great.
Cons: None about the company that I don't like as of today.
4.0
Good working environment with less technical growth
Quality Engineer • Former Employee
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
August 21, 2020
Pros: Decent pay
Profit-sharing
Good working culture and company policies
Wide range of products
Cons: Lot of homegrown tools and technologies which do not have much worth outside Mathworks.
Scope of expanding your work horizon is very difficult: You will be working with the same set of tools and technologies for a very long time. You have to take time outside your working hours to acquire a new skill.
Learning curve flattens out after a short time.
