Pros: MathWorks fosters a wonderful collaborative environment for people to work and enjoy being part of a team or community.
Cons: I talk to former colleagues all the time, and they are still doing the same things they have been doing four years ago when I last worked there.

Pros: Plenty of opportunity to explore Engineering and Maths with two-week spells in different departments.
Really intelligent people, good atmosphere, and very diverse staff.
Cons: Steep learning curve; the internship setup was still in its infancy.

Pros: People are amazing. The company in general really cares about its employees and tries to go above and beyond to give them what they'd like from their career.
Benefits and general culture are awesome too!
Cons: Not much, really! Maybe just moving between teams could be made slightly easier.
