This is followed by a phone technical interview focused on hashmaps with a young developer.
There is no follow-up afterwards.

Pros: The work that MathWorks does is pretty awesome, and you end up learning a lot. Most developers are young and quite brilliant. The atmosphere is pretty laid back, and there doesn't seem to be too much pressure on people. It's close to Boston, which is a very happening town.
Cons: Sometimes people take a lot of time to respond, which might be due to the laid-back attitude in general.
Also, the salary is probably a little lower than the industry average.
