Cons: Very low compensation as compared to other companies. WFH is not encouraged.

Pros: Very friendly people, amazing food at a very cheap rate, beautiful offices.
Cons: Natick is not a very happening place, so you won't have a lot to do outside of work. Boston is 30 minutes from the train, but that's still not very convenient.
