Process
Three interviews were conducted:
- One with a mentor
- One with a manager
- One with HR
The HR and manager interviews seemed to follow the same script. Most questions were behavioral.
The mentor interview was conducted first and was the most technically substantive.

Pros: Big company, but you never feel like just a cog in the machine. I felt like I could approach anyone with an issue or for help and not be ignored. Learning opportunities are also great, and I built up great experience during my time.
Cons: At the time (2019), there were very few opportunities for remote or hybrid working. It's very possible this has changed now, but I don't know.
