I had a behavioral interview after a career fair, and they contacted me a couple of days later.
The questions were fairly simple, and the interviewer seemed to care about my answers.
I waited about a week for their response, but I did not advance to the technical interview. I should have prepared better for it.
Overall, the interview and my contact with the hiring manager were a decent experience.
