Pros: Great benefits Great Work-Life Balance

Cons: Can't think of anything. Great experience.

Pros: Responsibility: Been here for less than a year, and I am working on a high-impact project for which I am solely responsible. This is the place for people who like ownership and responsibility. Learning: Whenever I talk to my manager and my peers, I learn something new. This may be because I am the new guy, but one thing is for sure: there are knowledgeable and helpful people around me. Culture: A technocratic world. If you have knowledge, it will be respected. Work-life balance is very good. Boss: My boss guides me both technically and through managerial aspects, and he is technically sound. His boss guides him and me, and he is also technically super awesome. Activities: * Book clubs * Monday football * Table tennis These are some of the weekly activities.

Cons: Canteen is not that good. No place for leisure activities. Work from home is not an option.

Pros: -- Gained customer perspective on product. -- Received product trainings and the choice of choosing areas to work on. -- Interesting math-related work, though this would change from team to team. -- Good culture, with many smart colleagues.

Cons: Managing communication between a lot of managers in EDG can be challenging. Spending half the time in support will be frustrating, as it's not related to your engineering qualification. There are very little increments or growth. Also, there is often a lot of uncertainty before eventually finding fitting work. I wouldn't recommend it if you are from a software background and uninterested in other engineering domains. There are high expectations on the technical support component.
