I received a response after about a month and was asked to set up a phone interview.
After I told them my preferred time, I got another email and was informed that the phone interview was canceled.

Pros: People are amazing. The company in general really cares about its employees and tries to go above and beyond to give them what they'd like from their career.
Benefits and general culture are awesome too!
Cons: Not much, really! Maybe just moving between teams could be made slightly easier.
