Pros: You'll be surrounded by a group of most intelligent folks from top and elite universities. The peer learning is incredible. The company is tech-intensive and has introduced its own systems, acting as co-pilots in the AI race. They are pioneers in tech. Marketing is not bullish by MathWorks because they're private and are doing good in terms of business. The clients are top-most clients worldwide. It has been incredible working here so far. Compensation is also very good.
Cons: Marketing should be done more by the company. It's well respected in the engineering field, but everyone should know about the great work.
