EDG is not the place you want to be
Good name in the industry. Good compensation. Motivation to move out from EDG. Smart peers.
Management in EDG doesn't care about ASE's career development or learning. All they want to do is save their a** and look good in front of higher management. The program is portrayed as one which gives flexibility and freedom to pursue your interests, but that is rarely the case. Managers start thrusting some stupid timelines and documents on you and will keep wanting you to do more technical support in the name of "Leadership Qualities."
Change the EDG management and put in some people who are real leaders and can inspire ASEs to be like them.
