Good working ergonomics, which should really be appreciated as this environment is the same all over the world.
The benefits offered to employees are not great, especially in Hyderabad.
We need to reconsider employee benefits, such as subsidized lunch, goodies on anniversaries, and employee recognition awards.
Also, normalize salaries, especially for lateral hires who are working hard, to retain them.
